Meet
#MissionAransas's new Coastal Training Program Coordinator, Sarah Cunningham! Sarah hails from the Austin, TX metro area. She attended the University of Texas for her B.S. in Environmental Science, for which she spent several months studying at the UT Marine Science Institute in Port Aransas, TX. Post-graduation, she worked at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA; the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory in Ocean Springs, MS; Grand Bay NERR in Moss Point, MS; and Mississippi State University Coastal Research and Extension Center in Biloxi, MS. Sarah is particularly interested in marine debris, habitat restoration, and educating others on the importance of healthy ecosystems to our everyday lives. Sarah will be running our 10 to 12 workshops and training events every year! Welcome Sarah!!!
